some issues
uncomfortable mattress low shower pressure
the mattress in the room was not comfortable and the pillows felt flat. the shower pressure was very low, barely any water came out. i saw black mold all over the outside of the shower gel dispenser and a little inside it too. it seemed a bit unhygienic.

broken fixtures annoying app
the food at the restaurant was acceptable.
The room reminded me of it hadn't been properly checked. A patio door wouldn't open, and the extractor fans in the toilet were barely attached to the wall. I reported it, but nobody came to fix it. there was also pressure to use the app for everything. frankly, i found this annoying when i needed flexibility.
